Week of August 21
~Picture Day Wednesday!
~Papers go home on Fridays. You may notice they are not “graded” or have marks. I make sure the students correct their papers before they put them away. I like to do that to show them right away what they are missing.
~Eclipse on Monday. The students who said no will stay inside with another adult. We will not be going to recess this day (outside). I had some 3rd graders cut extra shields to place around the glasses to keep them from looking. I will also practice looking up at the sun (lights) with them before we going outside.
What are we going to learn this week?
